I've been going to MOC since the mid-90s, but the 2008 MOC really let me down. Very high prices, and the wait lines were incredibly long. Not to mention the convention room was VERY far away from the hotel, and my feet ached for many hours. On top of all that, several of the creators making appearances had negative attitudes about talking to fans. I couldn't help but wonder, "Well heck, why did you come?" After that convention, I am not sure I can bring myself to come back. Sounds like 2009 wasn't all bad, though. Maybe I'll work up the courage to try again eventually.
